Yes. At Help Relief you can make your pledge for supporting a cause with any international debit or credit card. Accepted cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Maestro. 

The funds will be released at the end of the campaign (30 days normally), in exceptional situation during major crisis we aim to release funds 7 days after the payment was processed. All payments will be sent to your nominated bank account.

We work with Stripe to process all our payments and use their state of art payment processing platform that incorporate anti-fraud system. We also require account verification (KYC) for any user that start a cause and pledge for crowdfunding in our platform. Failing to comply with our vetting procedures will freeze any donations received.

Help Relief will take a fixed administration fee of 10% to cover our staffing and operational expenses from the final donations collected .

We use the latest technology available and taken all foreseeable actions to secure our platform. Please note that your payment details are not stored on our servers. Your payment details are processed by our payment processor Stripe and kept fully encrypted and completely separated on different servers from your account personal data.
